This is not a “7 days to shredded abs” program or a quick fix diet! My goal is to help you reach your health goals while feeling great and enjoying life. We will not dwell on calories, but rather focus on nourishing your body with whole, nutrient dense foods while still having a flexible, enjoyable way of eating.
Together we will work to reach your health goals while focusing on achieving your optimal weight, vibrant energy, reduction of food cravings, a healthy relationship with food and exercise, and most importantly, happiness!

3-month one-on-one coaching
Two 50-minute sessions per month for 3 months
This program is for the person who wants to get a jumpstart on learning and adapting new, healthy habits with accountability from me. Each session, we will go over what’s new and good, as well as apply new tasks to implement the following weeks. Contact me to get started!
6-month one-on-one coaching
Two 50-minute sessions per month for 6 months
This program is perfect for the person looking to make drastic changes to their health. This person may have a substantial amount of weight to release, may have an unhealthy relationship with food and/or exercise, may need to balance hormones, or may have different symptoms that could take more than 3 months to resolve.
